Maracha Medical Records Digitization
This project is Muni Labs community outreach effort to secure and improve utility of the hospitals 60 year-old medical records. GSA students in medicine and data science training tracks will help digitize and store Maracha hospital’s currently precarious medical records at a Data Centre and develop methods to easily access and analyze the data. This work will be a template for other hospitals in the region.
Muni University Laboratory Capacity Building
Muni Labs is collaborates with Muni University to equip the school’s new laboratories for research and education. The first collection and shipment of equipment has been successfully completed. Set up of the labs and continued improvement of lab functionality and sophistication is on going. The labs will support training of students in basic laboratory technologies, research and advanced disease diagnosis and surveillance methods.
